Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt during business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We ship from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Our prices include 20% VAT for products delivered within Europe. For any delivery destinations outside of Europe, you will not be charged this 20% VAT.

Acceptance of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting concierge@porttanger.com.

For all returns, refunds, credit notes, or exchanges, please take care to follow the below requirements:

  1. For returns please contact concierge@porttanger.com.
  2. Unsatisfactory merchandise in sellable condition may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. This includes change of mind items, "style doesn't suit me" etc. 
  3. We do not take responsibility for an item that has been damaged by the consumer. Please make sure you return eyewear in original condition. 
  4. Faulty Product - If you have been sent a faulty product, please notify us via concierge@porttanger.com within 14 business days of receiving the eyewear. We will provide a return shipping label.
  5. Change of Mind - We do not cover shipping on change of mind items. The customers will be required to cover these costs. Credit notes are awarded after the return item has been received by Port Tanger, this unique code has no end date. Please keep all email references regarding credit notes.
  6. Once we receive your returned item you will be notified via email with a credit note providing you have followed the above requirements.
  7. After 30 days, all sales are final, unless the item is proven faulty, and the consumer has followed the above requirements.
