Port Tanger uses Express Delivery service exclusively for all International order shipments. Free shipping for all orders over $210 worldwide.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 12 hours of receipt. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
We ship from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Our prices include 20% VAT for products delivered within Europe. For any delivery destinations outside of Europe, you will not be charged this 20% VAT, however, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.
Acceptance of Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 15 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.

For all returns, refunds, credit notes, or exchanges, please take care to follow the below requirements:
- Unsatisfactory merchandise in sellable condition may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. This includes change of mind items, "style doesn't suit me" etc. Please be aware that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our P.O Box address below.
- We do not take responsibility for an item that has been damaged by the consumer. Please make sure you return sunglasses in original condition - must send back wrapped in bubble wrap and case. It is not our responsibility if merchandise is damaged in the mail, we will simply send back to you. Please share tracking details.
- Faulty Product - If you have been sent a faulty product, please notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving the sunglass. We will reimburse return shipping - Standard shipping plus bag €9.80, unless stated otherwise.
- Change of Mind - We do not cover shipping on change of mind items. The customers will be required to cover these costs. Credit notes are awarded after the return item has been received by Port Tanger, this unique code has no end date. Please keep all email references regarding credit notes.
- Once we receive your returned item you will be notified via email with a credit note providing you have followed the above requirements.
- All sale items are final.
- After 30 days, all sales are final, unless the item is proven faulty, and the consumer has followed the above requirements.
