Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt during business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We ship from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Our prices include all taxes and duties, therefore no additional charged will be required upon delivery. 

Acceptance of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting concierge@porttanger.com.

For all returns, refunds, credit notes, or exchanges, please take care to follow the below requirements:

  1. For returns please contact concierge@porttanger.com.
  2. Unsatisfactory merchandise in sellable condition may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of the receipt. This includes change of mind items, "style doesn't suit me" etc. 
  3. Please make sure you return eyewear in original condition. We do not take responsibility for an item that has been damaged by the consumer
  4. Faulty Product - If you have been sent a faulty product, please notify us via concierge@porttanger.com within 7 days of receiving the eyewear with images describing the defect. 
  5. Once your return has been received, please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a refund notification via email and refunded on your original payment method. The time associated to receiving your refund may vary according to your payment method.
  6. After 30 days, all sales are final, unless the item is proven faulty, and the consumer has followed the above requirements.
