Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

Port Tanger offers complimentary worldwide shipping. Our prices include taxes and duties, therefore no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands via UPS for International orders and GLS for Netherlands. When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt during business days.

Europe & United Kingdom: Free | Standard Shipping | 2 - 4 business days
North America: Free | Standard Shipping | 2 - 4 business days
Rest of the World: Free | Standard Shipping | 2- 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Port Tanger offers free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To receive your pre-paid return label, please contact concierge@porttanger.com with your order number and items you wish to return. We welcome you to disclose the reason of your return in your request. All items must be returned intact and in their original condition including their packaging. Port Tanger does not take responsibility for an item that has been damaged by the customer.

While rare, if for some reason you have received a faulty item, please notify us via concierge@porttanger.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with images describing the defect.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Once processed, you will receive a refund notification via email and refunded on your original payment method. Please note the time associated to receiving your refund may vary according to the payment method used for your order.

Exchanges

Port Tanger offers free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To receive your pre-paid return label, please contact concierge@porttanger.com with your order number. All items must be returned intact and in their original condition including their packaging. Port Tanger does not take responsibility for an item that has been damaged by the customer.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as once an order is placed, we are no longer able to adjust it.

Orders

When placing an order on Port Tanger, you will receive an email notification with your order details. Once your order has been placed you will receive an additional email with your tracking number.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on concierge@porttanger.com with your order details. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the cancelation of your order if it is already being processed by our warehouse.

Payment methods

Port Tanger accepts all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, IDeal, ShopPay, ApplePay, Google Pay, Paypal and Sofort. Please note that orders placed with PayPal will only be processed once your transaction has been approved by PayPal.

Once an order has been placed you can no longer change your payment details.

Crafted with care and precision, each frame at Port Tanger is designed with a one-front, curved structure that perfectly complements the natural contours of the face, celebrating the distinct features of each individual regardless of gender.

Our frames are handmade in Japan with high-quality hardware inserts, acetate material, and nylon lenses that offer 100% UVA/UVB protection. Our team works closely with our Japanese partners to ensure that every frame meets our strict standards of excellence in form, function, and ethics, incorporating innovative molding techniques for maximum comfort and style.

Collections

At Port Tanger, we strive to foster a dynamic and supportive community for creatives in this fast-paced era of constant change.

Our “Icons” collection is our permanent collection which consists of ten styles in different colour frames and lenses.We also offer two seasonal drops and two “Visited By” experiences per year where we invite fellow creatives to collaborate on one or more eyewear designs with their aesthetic and unique point of view.

All our eyewear is shipped including a premium branded case with protective PU leather pouch and cleaning cloth.

Having an account is not required to shop on Port Tanger, however we advise you to register for an account in order to benefit from exclusive services to help manage your order history, delivery status and wishlist.
